I am so excited for this Sunday’s upcoming show, host Shynea @PPDiva along with co- host Alanda @cocoamommy and me Jen @JaelDesignsInc will be in good company. We are honored to have Maryanne Comaroto guest co- host with us this week, she is an award winning Author, and radio personality. Frequent guest on talk shows, appearing on 20/20, Soap Net, Good Morning Seattle, and ABC- TV News “View from The Bay” just to name a few.


Maryanne is also a relationship advice columnist for the Beverly Hills Times, and go-to expert for Hollywood life and other online publications. She has written a “Must Have” (in my opinion) guide to helping you make the right choices before you “have sex” called…

Hindsight – What you need to know before you drop your drawers!

I think this is a great book for any woman to have no matter what age group you may fall in. This is a great read equipped with tools to guide you in the right direction, so that you don’t do something you’ll end up regretting for the wrong reasons.

This Week’s Hot Sizzling Topic: Open Marriages & Relationships

We are bringing some sizzling topics to the roundtable this week that is sure to stir up some emotion and debate. No, matter what your relationship status is you’ll want to tune in. Being a married woman, I see no point in an open relationship or marriage, in my personal opinion I feel if you are not able to commit or be in a monogomous relationship you shouldn’t label your relationship at ALL! I guess that’s why some use the term “Friends with Benefits”. Surprisingly there are quite a few open marriages and relationships among the rich & famous! The Diva’s are trying to figure out why or how it can be good or bad and will it cause positive or negative effects on all parties involved. Can you see where we are going with this?

When The Diva’s Talk… If you missed it, Let’s Recap!

I have to say that Sunday’s radio show was my favorite thus far. (But in all honesty, I can see myself saying that about every radio show because next weeks topic is HOT.) We had a great turn out this week with over 50+ live viewers. For the second week of the new radio show format that is a great turnout and I can only imagine what the future will hold for us!


The topics that we covered, and got into really good conversation about, were:


  • Our Oscars talk. We discussed the nomination of Disney’s “The Princess and the Frog” and what nominations we were really excited about. As a whole, everyone was rooting for the movie Precious.
  • We also talked about Child Support and asked the question “How much is too much.” We talked about stories from our own personal lives and commented on the discussion that was taking place in the chatroom.
  • We also shared our opinions on Childhood Obesity as well answered the question of whether or not our children were snacking too much.
  • Next, we got into a really good discussion on teens (children in general) and having an open conversation/relationship with them. We discussed a teen suicide pact and also sexting amongst teenagers.
