I had the opportunity to work with one of the Triangle’s finest… Brian Dawson! He’s a radio personality for K97.5 the Triangle’s hip hop and R&B radio station, event planner that hosts some of the best parties and events in the area and FOX 50 television personality on his show The B Spot. One thing I admire about Brian is that he is passionate about what he does. He has obtained an Associate’s Degree in Arts & Radio followed by a Bachelors degree in Communications and a Masters in Sports Management. He has fifteen years of entertainment under his belt placing him as one of the top people in his industry on the east coast. The Source Magazine named him one of the power 30 radio DJ’s, what a great award! Remember you can catch Brian Dawson from 3-7 pm on K97.5 WQOK FM Monday through Saturday. Brian Dawson is involved in the community; you’ll find him at the Durham and Raleigh Rescue Mission during a food drive or serving food during the holidays for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.  He has a few programs organized for local youth like read to succeed, the EOG tour and “Kuts for Kids” just to name a few. Brian Dawson is a career driven individual and businessman turned entrepreneur.  While he continues to be successful at his ventures he remains humble and down to earth, coupled with his outgoing personality makes him a REALLY cool gentleman.  He always has a lot going on and that’s really an understatement!
