Day 12: Ultimate Blog Challenge – Shrimp Scampi with Linguine

Ingredients:
- Shrimp 2lbs.
- Butter 3 Tbs.
- salt or seasoning salt
- cracked pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Corn Starch
- McCormick Italian Seasoning
Preparation:
De-vein shrimp and season with salt & cracked pepper. Cook shrimp in saute pan or wok until it’s a light coral color, you don’t want to overcook it. For the sauce butter, Take a 1/4 cup of water, 1 tsp of corn starch, garlic powder to taste, salt very lightly, McCormick mixed Italian seasoning to taste and cook in a saucepan. Bring to a light boil and then you may combine the sauce and noodles in one pot. Mix ingredients right before serving.
