Chocolate Pie
Ingredients you need:
1 frozen regular (NOT Deep Dish) pie crust
2 one-oz. squares unsweetened baking chocolate
1 stick unsalted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla (can sub. coffee liquor or bourbon)
1 tsp salt
1 cup sugar

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 325. Take your crust out of the freezer.
Melt the butter and choc. over low heat.
When melted, add sugar and stir well.
Remove from heat and add eggs, stir quickly and thoroughly to mix.
Mixture will become smooth and glossy.
Add salt and vanilla, stir. Pour mixture into crust and bake for 25 minutes at 325,

turning pie once if your oven heats unevenly.
Pie may be slightly wiggly when you take it out.
