I’m very much a homebody, but I can be bribed with food and travel plans. It works EVERY time. Lol! I was adamant about staying home, didn’t feeling good or look good and just wanted to stay in hermit mode. Welp! That didn’t happen.
.
We went to Clouds Brewing and I had a great time. The pomegranate mimosa was delish! I had the chicken & waffles with maple syrup. It was tasty! You can also get it with honey for a small up-charge.
.
Overall, I had a great experience. We sat outside on the patio. The weather was perfect. They have spacious indoor seating and a private room for events. It was a perfect Sunday Funday!

KillJoy was right across the way and the DJ was on point, so I was vibing to the music. I’ve never been to KillJoy but, it’s now on my list of places to be for brunch. Can’t wait to visit!

The Guacamole Fresco is delicious as a starter! I tried the El Chavo Del Ocho (The Barrel Drink) cocktail and it was different due to the Vecinos Mezcal however I enjoyed it. It also has tamarind syrup, grilled pineapple, fresh lime juice and organic agave nectar. Tasty!

I decided on the Tacos de Asada as my entree and they hit the spot! It was Corn Tortillas, Sirloin Asada, Onions, Cilantro and Salsa. The portion was filling and I was stuffed. I couldn’t even have dessert at that moment. Can’t wait to go back and have the churros! 🤤

I’m so excited to be in the process of planning multiple destinations birthday celebrations including my own! I will NOT be in United States territory come JENtober! Mark my words. Lol!

My one wish was to celebrate my birthday this year somewhere I’ve never been. I love having new experiences, soaking up the culture and eating all the good food during my adventures.

I also adore making memories with the people I love! So it was only right that I opened it up and made it a group trip. I found the best all-inclusive resort and planning our excursions.

Payment plans are in place with a reduced group rate with the option to add on any upgrades. Flight and lodging are included and nobody is going to break the bank! Woot!

I’ve been MIA but we can all agree that no matter what… I’m gonna eat! Lol!

I didn’t waste any time visiting the new @mezcalitonc Apex location. I love the vibe! Chic decor and aesthetics like the other locations. Parking here was easy!
.
There was a 20 minute wait, nothing major. We had a great server that took care of us giving us a great experience. I really like this new location.
.
I’ve also visited the Henderson, Clayton and Durham locations and Clayton and Apex are my probably my top two. In Downtown Durham street parking can be a hassle.
.
I like having a dedicated parking lot for the establishment. After these Margaritas, I need a short walk to my car. Lol! Walking a block or so is 👎🏽
.
Just my personal preference and honest opinion but, Durham is home so I know I’ll continue to support. This time I had the Asada Campechanos with rice & beans.

My food was tasty! I ordered my go to Hawaiiana Shaker! 10/10 🤤 Side Note: Our nails are giving! I looked at our boomerang like… YES NAILS! 💅🏼😆

Did you know you can set up a payment plan for your Disney World Vacation?

A deposit of $200.00 is due when your reservation is made and you can make payments at a minimum of $20.00 as long as your balance is paid in full 30 days before your reservation date.
.
This includes your lodging and park tickets. I set up payment plans for my clients regularly and create schedules where they can make payments based on their pay days or otherwise.
.
I also send reminders as we get closer to the travel date so there are no mishaps and everything remains on schedule. I also have clients that will use rewards cards to make payments and get points.
.

Navigating Disney World can seem overwhelming but,

Navigating Disney World can seem overwhelming but, it’s pretty easy! Depending on the resort you stay at will determine your transportation to the parks. Most resorts have shuttles that leave every 15-20 minutes going back and forth to specific parks.

Ex: If you stay at Disney’s Art of Animation or Pop Century, you’ll have access to the skyliners in addition to shuttles that will take you to Hollywood Studios or Epcot with a few stops and a transfer in between.
.
The Monorail has three lines which can seem challenging at first but, it’s pretty easy to navigate. You’ll catch it at Disney’s Contemporary Resort or Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and it will take you to Magic Kingdom.
.
You can also take a shuttle from one park to another or walk. There are several trails if you’d like to get some steps in. You also have the option of water taxi or skyliner depending on the park.
.
My favorite transportation throughout Disney World is probably by boat. I love water and it’s a short ride to your destination. It took 15-20 mins to get from the French Quarter resort to Disney Springs. I had to have my Mickey Mouse beignets!
.
