It’s been such a great summer and my family has been grilling a whole lot more. I think hosting a cookout is a great way to have fun and spend quality time with family and friends. We don’t always have to wait for a long holiday weekends to grill out and be the hostess with the mostess! This summer we have really enjoyed grilled pork chops. I previously shared a grilled chops & lavender flowers recipe and grilled jerk pork recipe. Check them out! The National Pork Board partners with Walmart annually to promote specific pork cuts during the summer grilling season and this year the hero cut is the pork chop. I have had so many people from my online community share their favorite pork chop recipes. I can’t wait to try a few of them. I love discovering new recipes I can make for my family. I also like when I perfect it and then customize a few things to make it my own recipe. There are so many great grilled pork recipes you can create. The National Pork Board definitely has your grill covered. I’m going to share my Grilled BBQ Pork Chops recipe. It’s a hit for all the Barbeque Sauce lovers! Tip: When To Apply Sauce (By: Tuffy) Apply sauce to barbecued meats (like ribs) about 30 minutes before the meat is cooked to the proper doneness to avoid burning the sauce. Apply the sauce and cook until the sauce sets, then remove from the grill. *Adjust time when brushing sauce on Pork Chops.
