I would like to share the skinny on a new group that I have formed within the Mom Bloggers Club. It’s called “Fabulous Feature Fridays”
This group is open to Mompreneurs, WAHM’s and Entrepreneurs in general. Every week a new blog will be chosen to be featured. There will be a short interview to showcase your business, a link to your website and/ or blog and your picture if you wish or your business logo.
I will also ask that you recommend another blog that you think should be featured and we’ll add their name to the pot and invite them to join our group.
The only thing that I ask is that all the members follow one another’s blogs if you aren’t already following and show your fellow club member support on their night being featured. We are just “Women In Business Supporting One Another” We are all looking to build our businesses and networking is an ongoing process for a business owner.
So, what makes me and my lil’ ole blog so special you ask? Oh, I’m not special, I just want to network and help other women like myself progress. I am constantly networking and building relationships in person and in the blogosphere. I work FT in the Newspaper Industry throughout the Business, Advertising and Web Departments. Let’s just say I’m knowledgeable in all these areas and know what it takes to market yourself.
I haven’t been blogging that long, I just started in June 09′ and it’s definitely a learning process. I have met some really great people and made friends throughout the blogosphere and would like to “Pay It Forward” if I may?
So let’s talk stats! I just started using Google Analytics last month so, I only have a months worth of data. I am going to recheck it at 60 days then again at 90 and I should have a decent pattern to start using in general. So for the last month I have had 439 people visit my site(Absolute Unique Visitors), 894 visits (Returning Visitors), 2,388 Pageviews, 2.67 (Average Pageviews) That just means people are jumping on two or more of my pages. Average time on my site is 3:56 which means (you guys are actually reading what I have to say) I feel so honored! 51.05% bounce rate and 50% new visits. So, my bounce rate and new visits are average but, that will go up from here on out because…
I have started my advertising campaign! Yay! My add will be running in print and online wherever I can get it to run. And, that means… More visits to this site, and all those numbers that you just read above, will be increasing! I will also continue to do what I do on a regular basis, and that is comment on all my blog rolls, blog hop, participate in all off the sites that I am affiliated with, support my blog friends and discover new blogs to follow daily and hope they return the love! With all that being said, I hope all Entrepreneurs, Mompreneurs,and WAHM’s join us in “Fabulous Feature Fridays” we’d love to have you.
