The grilling season is upon us and I’ll use any excuse to use the grill and plan a cookout. I had the opportunity this past weekend try a couple of the new French’s Flavor Infuser marinade flavors and I was pleasantly surprised. I made it a point to be precise while preparing the meats for the grill and having them sit for exactly 10 minutes before they were placed on the grill to be cooked. The French’s marinades come in four awesome flavors: Sweet & Tangy Teriyaki, Classic Steakhouse, Zesty Italian and Caribbean Jerk. I prepared boneless chicken breasts and sirloin steak and I had the Sweet & Tangy Teriyaki and Classic Steakhouse Marinades. I prepared the chicken first with the Sweet & Tangy Teriyaki and then marinated the Sirloin with the classic steakhouse flavor infuser. We were grilling ten minutes later!
One thing that I absolutely loved is that the French’s Flavor Infusers are ready to use and it’s conveniently packaged. It comes in a snap cap that can be easily injected into the meat by squeezing and you’re done! There’s no mixing, overnight seasoning or overnight marinading. In just a few easy steps you’ll have a flavorful meal that took no time at all! Once you’ve used the flavor infuser dispose of it. It’s NOT recommended that you reuse it because you’re injecting it directly into the raw meat and/or poultry and you don’t want to deal with cross contamination or health issues. I used every drop of the marinades by injecting some into the poultry and meat allowing the flavor to be quickly distributed to all layers and also used the rest on the outside of it and mixed it all up to dispense it evenly over all of the chicken and sirloin.
Once the meal was prepared all I got were compliments about how good it was! I was amazed at how great both the chicken and stake tasted after being marinated and sitting for only ten minutes. It tasted like it had been marinating for a few hours. The aroma that came from the grill when it was being cooked was so delicious! I couldn’t wait to try it! I’m definitely sold on the new French’s Flavor Infusers, I got amazing flavor in just ten minutes. If you’d like to experience the same, the next time you go grocery shopping stop in the marinade isle and choose a flavor, or two, or three! Why not try all of them. They have a suggested retail price of $2.99 each. For some recipe ideas and nutrition information, visit the French’s website and “Like” them on Facebook! Try it, I want to hear about your grilling experience with French’s New Flavor Infuser Marinades.
