Disclosure: I won complimentary tickets to World of Coca Cola from Mommy Talk Show during her Coca Cola Facebook Chat. All opinions are solely my own.
I had the best time visiting World of Coca Cola in Atlanta, Georgia recently. I think my favorite part of the visit was taking pictures with the famous Coca Cola Polar Bear, designing Coca Cola art in the Pop Culture Gallery with the kids & the (Taste It!) tasting room. There were over 100 beverages from around the world. I had so much fun with my mom who is visiting from St.Thomas US Virgin Islands. My son, niece and nephew came along for the fun. We took so many pictures that I love so much and we’ll be sharing them with you. I love capturing memories and being able to revisit them whenever I want to. Everything was so beautiful. The map came in handy because it allowed us to plan what we would like to do. I loved seeing all the different Coca Cola bottle designs from all over the world. The designed Coca-Cola bottles from all over the world are creatively designed and so pretty. It was truly amazing.
Before our self guided tour started we got to learn about the history of Coca Cola and had to watch a 8 minute movie “Life Moments of Happiness” in the Coca-Cola Theater. It’s a tearjerker! Happy tears though… I was truly moved and I am in total agreement that happiness is all around us. Coca-Cola history began in 1886. Fun Fact: The first servings of Coca-Cola were sold for 5 cents per glass. During the first year, sales averaged a modest nine servings per day in Atlanta. Today, daily servings of Coca-Cola beverages are estimated at 1.9 billion globally. There is so much to cover at World of Coca Cola, so plan enough time to see everything. This year World of Coca Cola is celebrating 25 years of happiness and 100 years of Coca-Cola Bottles.
Upon leaving World of Coca Cola we were able take a look at the bottling process and even grab a souvenir bottle available exclusively from World of Coca Cola. Our last stop was the gift shop to grab a few items, view and purchase professional photos taken during our self guided tour. I indulged in a Limited Edition Icons of Happiness O.P.I Nail Lacquer “Bearest of Them All” with a Plush Polar Bear Ornament. In addition to the World of Coca Cola Map you can download the World of Coca-Cola Explorer Mobile App available in the iPhone App Store. So, do you prefer the Coca Cola Can, New Aged Bottle or Original Bottle?!?! I tend to like the original old fashioned Coca Cola Bottle. So, if you haven’t been to World of Coca Cola I think you should visit. Go to the World of Coca Cola website for more information.
Bonus: Also, if you’re like me and have a very unique name knowing for a fact that you won’t see your name on a Coca Cola Bottle… You can visit the Share A Coke website and personalize your own Bottle. $5.00 for a 8 fl oz. Bottle and FREE shipping on orders of 6 bottles or more.
