Y’all I love me some Birria! I went back to @mez

Y’all I love me some Birria! I went back to @mezcalitonc but this time I visited the Clayton location. Loved the atmosphere. It was HOT so we sat indoors but in the Fall I’d sit on the patio no question!

I tried a different drink this time around and the Jolly Rancher did not disappoint. I also had the Birria Fries as a starter and the Gringa-Birria as my entrée. You know I took some home!

Had a great time celebrating @diamond_aj for her Birthday! We love to eat so it isn’t surprising that we had brunch at @luxesoulfood in Greensboro, NC. It was my first time there and I had a great time. It’s a whole vibe! The drinks, food & music were on point!

The menu has so many delicious options but, I settled on the smothered chicken. It comes with rice and a side. I got yams and added a side of Mac & Cheese. I’ve NEVER had “Grilled” smothered chicken but, it was DELICIOUS! It didn’t disappoint!
.
Tee had the Shrimp platter with collards and yams and it looked delicious. All the entrées come with cornbread and it was tasty! I had more than one. There is a different brunch menu on Saturday, so I’ll definitely be back to check out that menu.

3. Visiting Port Orleans French Quarter Resort.
4. Eating my way through Epcot.
5. Tasted the best piña colada gelato ever!
6. The Ratatouille ride was so cute!
7. Character dining was a hoot!
8. Meeting Mulan!

10. Meeting multiple chefs since I have food allergies. They made sure I was good!

It’s no secret that I’m a foodie. So, getting Mickey Mouse beignets was on the top of my priority list. I headed over to Disney’s Port Orleans - French Quarter Resort for lunch.

I had the Gumbo which was so DELICIOUS and reasonably priced. Eating your way through Disney World can get pretty expensive. Sassagoula is the move for food.
.
Scat Cats Club was up next for dessert. They serve beverages, beer and cocktails in addition to a variety of beignets options. I’m going back for the Baton Rouge style beignets. Just add Khalua!
.
Overall this is one of my favorite experiences and I felt extra special because the chef came out to speak to me due to my food allergies and went over the menu and ingredients with me.
.
The resort is a whole vibe and the food is a 10/10 totally recommend. I can’t wait to stay at Port Orleans - French Quarter in the near future. You get a little piece of New Orleans.

I had one of the BEST character dining experiences

I had one of the BEST character dining experiences at Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White. It’s located inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom Wilderness Lodge.

We were able to interact with the characters and take video and pictures. Dopey was our absolute favorite! Snow White was super cute and everyone LOVED my purple hair.
.
The chef came out to speak to us because two of us have food allergies and they made sure our food was prepared away from any anything that could cause an issue. It was customized for us.
.
This was absolutely an amazing experience! I love that character dining is back. The food was a 10/10, experience was top tier, I definitely recommend. I can’t wait to do it again!
