I’ve been excited to visit the new Boxcar Bar & Arcade location in Durham. It’s located at 621 Foster St. overlooking the historic Durham Athletic Park. There is a full bar available, wood fired pizza and over 70 arcade games to play. You must be 21+ to enter OR minors are allowed with parents before 9pm. I absolutely LOVE family friendly bars. As the mom of gamers, this is a great family time hangout for us. My youngest son accompanied me to check out Boxcar Bar + Arcade and he had a blast!
The Boxcar Bar + Arcade is very spacious and even has a private space available to host your event. They also have a covered outdoor seating area overlooking the Durham Athletic Park which will be amazing during baseball season. I was there around 5pm and was able to catch a beautiful sunset over the Durham Athletic Park. The décor is amazing throughout the bar + arcade. I had to take pictures of all the wall art because it truly captivated my attention. I can’t wait to host an event there! *stay tuned*
