My toddler son is so active and on the go that I think thsi yoga DVD would be the perfect balance of activity for him. I think it would do a good job at keeping him relaxed and entertained while getting the physical activity that he needs.

I love the breathing skills that come from yoga. I already teach my son how to do that to calm himself when he’s feeling angry or nervous. I like showing him how to tie his inner and outer self together.
